How Mike's Plumbing turned 3 reviews into 47 — in six weeks.

Mike Reyes runs a one-truck plumbing shop in Jacksonville, FL. He used to lose every other night to invoices and missed leads. Then he handed his back office to Agentez.

Before

Mike was losing his evenings to a stack of half-working tools.

Mike's day used to end at 7pm. By the time he made it home, took a shower, and ate, it was 8pm. Then came the second shift: invoices in FreshBooks, follow-ups in Mailchimp, social posts in Later, review requests one-by-one in Birdeye, and a dozen unanswered Facebook messages.

"I was paying for six tools and using maybe forty percent of any of them," Mike told us. "Half my leads sat for two or three hours before I even saw them. By then they'd called the next plumber on the list."

He had three Google reviews. Three. After eleven years.

The switch

Onboarding took 14 minutes.

Mike typed "I'm a plumber in Jacksonville, solo, residential and emergency calls" into the homepage. Agentez asked four follow-up questions, pulled his Google Business Profile, connected his Stripe and Twilio accounts, and offered him a working chat with all six agents on the other end.

smart_toy Onboarding
Welcome, Mike. I see Mike's Plumbing already has a Google Business Profile with 3 reviews. Want me to start auto-requesting reviews from every paid invoice going forward?
Yeah do that. And I never want to write social posts again.

Got it. Send me a photo from each job and I'll draft an Instagram post + a Facebook post. You approve in chat. Want before/after pairs to be the default format?
Yes. Also when someone messages me on Facebook can you respond?
smart_toy Leads
Yes — Leads agent will draft the reply, you tap approve, it sends. Average draft time about 30 seconds. Sound good?
After

Six weeks in.

47 Google reviews

Every paid Stripe invoice triggers a review request through Agentez. Mike's average rating climbed from 4.2 to 4.9. He now ranks #2 in Jacksonville for "emergency plumber near me."

8-minute lead reply time

Leads agent drafts a reply within 30 seconds of a new GBP message, Facebook message, or web form. Mike approves on his phone between jobs. His close rate doubled.

Posts that actually get posted

12 IG posts and 8 Facebook posts a month, all from photos Mike takes during the day. He spends about 40 seconds reviewing each draft. Followers grew from 180 to 1,400.

$330/mo back in his pocket

Cancelled Jobber, Birdeye, Mailchimp, Later, FreshBooks, and a ServiceTitan trial. Now pays $49/mo for Agentez — every agent, no usage caps.

"I used to spend two hours every night on invoices and replies. Now it's done by the time I'm in the truck. I'm not the kind of guy who pays for software, but this one I'd pay double for."
— Mike Reyes, Mike's Plumbing
