Do I really not need a credit card?add

You don't. The 14-day trial runs without a card. We'll ask before the trial ends, and only charge if you choose to continue.

What's the 30-day money-back?add

If you pay and decide Agentez isn't for you in the first 30 days, ask in chat and we refund — no forms, no questions. The 14-day trial plus the 30-day money-back gives you 44 days to see the workflow loop (lead → quote → invoice → review request → next post) actually fire.

Monthly or annual?add

Both. $49 per month or $490 per year (two months free). Switch between them anytime. No multi-year contracts, no annual commitment to start.

Are there usage caps?add

No. Unlimited clients, unlimited drafts, unlimited posts. If you have a freak month — 800 reviews, 5,000 leads, whatever — we don't throttle you and we don't email a bill increase. One price.

Does Agentez send anything without me approving?add

No. Every customer-facing action surfaces as a card with three buttons (Approve, Edit, Skip). Internal record-keeping happens automatically; anything that touches a customer needs your tap.

Can I export my data?add

Always. Clients, jobs, invoices, photos, posts — all exportable as CSV / JSON / image archive any time. Your data is yours.

What happens if I cancel?add

Cancel in chat. Your data stays available read-only for 90 days, then exports as a single ZIP file. After that we delete it. No "talk to retention" tactics — we'd rather you came back happy later than stayed unhappy now.

Can I bring my existing website?add

Soon. The Website agent currently publishes a new site to a free Agentez subdomain. BYO custom domain (and registering a new domain through Agentez) ships next.

How are you cheaper than the tools I already pay for?add
